This construction is suitable intermediate floor constructions. No further insulation is required to meet Part L requirements.

Services can such as flow and return pipes etc can be run within primary insulation and back filled with loose fill levelling compound..

 

  • 85mm includes 55mm liquid screed on 30mm insulation. (35mm min. coverage over pipework.

  • 95mm includes min. 65mm sand cement screed 30mm insulation. (45mm min. coverage over pipework.

  • For additional load i.e. 3 kN/m² increase by further 15mm anhydrite or 20mm sand /cement.

Strict heating up protocol applies with all ‘in’ screed systems.

Valid on concrete floors >12cm (DIN EN 4109: m² > 276kg/m²)
